"It's temperamental, it seems to me, we're on all fours, crawling on our knees, someone help us please" Lilly allen
2007-03-20, 12:55 p.m.

me and my blog have a love hate relationship. between losing some of my closest friends over it, to offending people i barely know, me and my blog have come full circle in the 3 years i've been writing.

i think today totals the 4th time i've offended someone without meaning to at all. for that i sincerely apologize.

and as atonement, and because i sincerely liked this music,

www.myspace.com/thesecondhandcatholics

for all of my readers i have yet to lose, check that out. besides an awesome name, the musics great. along the same line, the music on my myspace page right now is pretty cool as well. the singer is out of dallas and plays a pretty tune.

i was going to write about the unity government in Palestine, but i feel too much like a self-centered, raging idiot right now.

btw. if i ever ever ever say anything (especially fact wise in one of my more political entries) PLEASE do contact me. It's better that i get yelled at while i'm ahead. I'm a person in need of improvement, so any comment along the lines of "hey, idiot, quit saying stupid things" is much appreciated.dont comment on my grammar or spelling though. i will kill you. i wrote an entry a bit ago about the kid who was kind enough to burn a jb cd for me, and i had no right to make stupid conjectures at his expense, and i would like everyone to know that not only is he an awesome person for not writing me absolute hate mail, but that if you look at the letter more closely in reality, it was just a kind attempt to get not only me, but many of his other friends together for the sheer love of music. truly a noble endeavor.

and because i need to get this out, the unity gov in palestine was created with the intention of creating a government that both israel and the united states would be able to negotiate with. yet again, israel is involving semantics in a stupid childish debate about how much hamas should recognize israel. Hamas representatives have clearly stated many times "we don't recognize israel beyond the 67 borders as a legitimate country" and "we know that israel isn't going anywhere, and that it has a right to exist, but a percentage of the country is existing illegally according to international law (see previous entry written by joel), is conducting an illegal occupation according to international law, and is building an illegal wall according to international law, on land that does not belong to it again, according to international law, hence, we do not recognize it as a legitimate country" man, that argument's pretty compelling to me. So now Hamas and Fatah are getting along, and as far as a government structure things are looking more diverse and in general more hopeful for palestinians (though not so much for christian palestinians. We've been pretty looked down upon by Hamas, but though i can't speak for all christian palestinians, i feel that having a country is top on the priority list, and fighting for our rights within the country comes next. Hannan ashrawi is a leading politician in the region. Christian palestinian woman, whom i'm related to btw. My point being, it can't be that bad if she can get a leading position). back on topic. So fatah and hamas finally are working together, and remember israel had told abbas that if that would happen, israel might be able to hold talks with the unity gov. now israel is calling for the US and other euro countries to reimpose sanctions on the occupied territories because of the unity gov. Dude, aren't YOU the people who called for elections?? and isn't that PALESTINIAN tax money you've been withholding? i dont think israel ever had any intentions of going into negotiation's with the unity gov. funny though that while they're telling us we're bad, olmert is getting hounded for having planned the war with lebanon way before hezbollah ever made a move. ugh, now i feel like an idiot for writing stupid things, and i'm all worked up about politics.
